  1. In June 2021, Attilan, a Spanish investment organization, took the lead as an investor in Grupo Galis World, a prominent producer of padel courts and an official provider of WPT courts.
  2. Backspin Capital Investments took over The Padel Nuestro organization, a global leader in the sale of Padel goods and equipment, in September 2021.
  3. Leap announced the purchase of MejorSet, a top producer of padel courts worldwide and an approved FIP GP supplier, in November 2021.
  4. In December 2021, GP Bullhound spearheaded a $63 million funding round for Playtomic, the leading social marketplace in Europe for tennis and padel reservations.
  5. Ledap, between 2021 and 2022, grew in the Nordic region, the UK, and Germany by acquiring padel clubs and incorporating them into its marketing campaign, “We Are Padel.”
  6. The International Padel Federations and Qatar Sports Investments collaborated in March 2022 to establish a new professional circuit for Padel: Premier Padel.
  7. One of the most giant Padel conglomerates was created in April 2022 when Padel United and PDL combined their businesses.
  8. SOPEF invested in AlI For Padel, a firm specializing in designing, producing, and distributing padel courts and equipment, in November 2022.
  9. UK-based fund bd-capital, in February 2023, purchased a portion of the padel and tennis court producers, GreenSet and Padel Courts Deluxe.
  10. In March 2023, to accelerate its growth in North America, the NY Yankees (YGE) announced a minority investment in A1 Padel, a new international padel circuit introduced in Zozo.
